Approach
How we allocate, own, and operate.
A simple philosophy applied with discipline: own a few good things, hold them for the long term, and compound.
01
Concentration over breadth
We would rather own a small number of companies well than spread ourselves thin. Attention is a scarce resource and we allocate it deliberately.
02
Ownership over trading
We build and keep. Our default holding period is indefinite, and our decisions are made as long-term owners rather than sellers.
03
Autonomy with standards
Each company runs its own operations under its own leadership, within shared standards for governance, reporting, and conduct.
04
Patient capital allocation
We reinvest across the group and selectively into new opportunities and securities, with a bias toward durability and compounding.
In practice
We measure ourselves by what we still own in ten years — and how much stronger it has become.
